Queen Bee Yoga is a reflection of what I believe in.
As a collegiate student-athlete turned coach and physical educator, I bring my love of movement everywhere I go. My sessions are informative, playful and restorative. I strive to guide each practice with intention, quality, and care.
Through Queen Bee Yoga, it is my mission to create spaces where individuals, families, and children feel supported and develop a positive relationship with movement that lasts a lifetime. Every class is designed to honor where you are today, while inspiring mindful, playful and confident flow.

RCYT – Registered Children’s Yoga Teacher
Certified ACE Personal Trainer
